Residents will have the opportunity to register their home for judging between November 30 and December 10. There will be two categories, classic and extreme. Winners will be determined by ranked voting.
Judging will take place on or around December 15.
Judges will travel independently to each location and turn their results into the Parks and Recreation Department.
Judges will include Park and Recreation Advisory Committee members and select residents who wish to participate in the judging portion only.
Prizes for winners (1st Place and Honorable Mention) will be awarded at Board of Supervisors Meeting after the New Year.
